The yellow crown night heron was ID by the Cornell bird ID app. I couldn’t figure it out. The body screamed limpkin, but the eyes and bill did not. That makes number 89 in my Florida bird ID quest to 150.

Found this fellow peering behind a weir. The water was super reflective that day.
