And without wetlands there would be no oceans.
Despite the 1600+ acres of Orlando Wetlands Park being man made and their function being the treatment of waste water, they have become an important estuary for wildlife. In the 25 years since their development they have become host to many endangered and threatened species.

Beautiful capture! Great way to start the day.
Thanks!
Lovely pre-dawn light! Is this park easy to visit if you stay down town? We’ll pass there this summer and will stay a couple of days in town. I’d love to see some nature and some birds.
Yes very easy. About 25 miles, but only 3 roads. We (Friends of the Orlando Wetlands) give tram tours on Friday and Saturday 9-4. Any other day there is plenty to see walking around.
Great! Thanks a lot for this information.
