White Top Sedge

White Top Sedge – Orlando Wetlands Park – July 2015
Tight Crop White top sedge.

This is a new to me interesting flower. The flower is actually the tiny blooms in the center. The leaves turn white much like a poinsettia.  And as always in the ecosystem there are spider webs and a tiny beetle like creature in residence. (see tight crop.)
